You'll be sharing with only one other professional female flatmate, who is friendly, neat, fun and respectful. Lovely quiet, relaxed and roomy house to have your own space and feel at home in.
The house is in an excellent location close to Perth, Subiaco, Claremont or Fremantle. Close to the river and Cottesloe beach. Great if you work in the city, at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, or studying at UWA.
The room fits a king, queen or double bed, and has a sleep out attached. Both rooms will be yours.
The house is a lovely 1940s bungalow with lead lighting and high ceilings. The house has a separate kitchen, dining, lounge, laundry, bathroom and toilet.
Buses run close by on Princess Rd or Stirling Hwy. Several IGAs close by, quick drive to Claremont Quarter, 10 min to Cottesloe beach.
The house is fully set up and furnished, however, you're welcome to add to the house, plus there is a large shed for storage. The rooms to rent will not be furnished. The pictures shown of the rooms are how the current flatmate has it furnished, however these furnishings will be removed.
Looking for a flatmate who is sociable, reliable and responsible. Hoping to have someone share who is cool to hang out with and chat to, not just share a space with. No gender preference. No couples sorry. References required if you apply.
