i have a room for rent. top floor. 3 other housemates (2females 1male). clean and tidy. we're all very easy going and tolerant of messes but not uncleanliness.
room is huge. i can fit 3 beds in here when need arises with large study desk and bedside tables for all.
looking for someone to stay from 15dec to 1march. perfect for summer school.
really near UWA (on fairway)
1-2mins walk from broadway shopping centre (supermarket, food, butcher, bar, etc)
quiet little corner with not much noise travel from other housemates.
top floor attic room so no noise when housemates are walking about home.
internet available for $20/week
amenditites are separate - (approx 20-30 a month, depending on usage)
parking available but not covered. driveway at front of house can fit up to 3 cars (if you can navigate the narrow gate, and 2 if you cant)
fully furnished.
Bed, table, lamps, washing machine and dryer, full kitchen with lots of cooking and eating utensils. really all you need to bring are your clothes. everything else is self sufficient here.
i even have a coffee machine + on-demand grinder you can use.
evaporative fan/cooler included for hot summer days. works very well if you make sure its filled with water.
