Hi guys, my name is Victor and I?m a tenant in a house with my friend Fabiana. We?re both from Brazil, and very easygoing. I study Civil engineering while she studies Biomedical engineering at UWA. In our house we have 3 spots that will be available to rent in the beginning of October. The house is gorgeous, in a very friendly condominium, it?s very close to the university (10 min walking) and very well located, in front of the house it?s the kings park while in the back it?s the swan river, there?s a bus stop very near the house too (3 min walking), and it?s one stop before the free transit area, which means that if u want u can walk for approximately 15 min and get the bus for free to go to the city. The house is furnished, equipped with fridge, oven, stove, dish washer and washer machine. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 single (not available) and 2 for share. Both spots are to share these 2 rooms, where there already have 1 girl in one (so, in each room will have 2 people). It also has 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dinner room, garage spot, and a balcony with kings park as background. The rooms are also furnished.
Rent is 175$ per week.
